Haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been in hot pursuit of one the strongest passions in my life- cooking. January 21 of this year I began studying the professional culinary arts at the International Culinary Center in New York City. Admittedly, this pursuit has drawn me into less healthier waters, in terms of healthy eating. However, in my defense, I don’t control the school’s spending on inventory, or curriculum. I’ve been learning to cook like a pro, and I’m excited to share some of the moments captured.
